We are a friendly group of people that meet every Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00pm at several locations in Mesa AZ to practice and learn about meditation. We would love for you to come and check us out. If you are new and curious about meditation or are an advanced practitioner it does not matter, you are warmly invited.
